I hope your stay is a good one. Trail Angel Mary is a gem and I'm glad you met her. After Duncannon you'll hit Peter's Mountain Summit and later on Pulpit Rock and the Pinnacle which are some of the best views in PA. Don't let the rocks drag you down!

J from PA

(hope this isn't a double post)walking rhythmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04565564442306693227noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7922692721102050271.post-54493184942592355902015-06-25T07:43:34.426-06:002015-06-25T07:43:34.426-06:00I look forward to reading your blog every morning....I look forward to reading your blog every morning...you out did yourself today...great pics, a little history and the imagination delights with the rusty car frame. Until I retired this month:) - I had a poster in my room that said "Childhood should be a journey, not a race" - I think we could certainly replace the word "childhood" with "life"! Glad you're doing it right!
Your day sounds idyllic - so glad for you. Pretty scenery and at least the rocks waited until later in day. Looked at hotel on Google earth, it's rustic.
You had a great day with two trail magic's and a church dinner. Remember when our church in Ohio had dinners on Wed. Night, fun. Your experiences just keep growing.
I agree with your quote tonight. Take time to smell the roses!!
