That trail looks more like the Florida Trail through the swamps! Hoping the weather gets nicer for you folks out there. The cold front should lower temps for a little bit anyway. Your blog is amazing....thank you for sharing your journey.
Stay safe and healthy, and dry :)
Your NH fan.....Kathy.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7922692721102050271.post-3999500837629630292015-06-29T04:51:24.577-06:002015-06-29T04:51:24.577-06:00Amazing Katie:)Amazing Katie:)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01906380913176968186noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7922692721102050271.post-6033697876515292522015-06-28T21:19:00.412-06:002015-06-28T21:19:00.412-06:00I very carefully read about your cold wet swampy d...I very carefully read about your cold wet swampy day and was feeling bad for you. Then I scrolled a bit more and saw your quote! The Yoda spirit is alive and well. OK, I still feel bad for you but I love the way you are handling the challenges of the AT!Liz Dugganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09690755553572185079noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7922692721102050271.post-5723986842682685112015-06-28T21:11:46.574-06:002015-06-28T21:11:46.574-06:00Well, your feet did get wet and cold. To bad about being dropped off at wrong trail head. At least a shuttle came by and you didn't have to back track the 2 miles.
At least your bubble is back together, for the most part. Airlock had quite the day Sat., almost a marathon.
I'm thrilled with the 1200 miles you've done. Upward and onward my girl!! We'll be at the beach before you know it. Keep thinking, feet in the sand and a cold beer next to me.
